Internal complaints process

If you’re not happy about some aspect of the Plan, please contact our Super Team on 08 9420 3008. We find that this process usually resolves any issues quickly and simply.

However, if you don't feel your complaint hasn't been resolved satisfactorily, please let us know by writing to:

We'll take all steps to review and resolve your complaint within a few weeks. Sometimes, if the matter is more complicated, the resolution process may take up to 90 days. However, we'll be sure to contact you if this applies.

Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT)

If you’re still not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can contact the SCT. The SCT is an independent body set up by the Federal Government to help members, former members and beneficiaries with complaints.
